Nice Spray Toner
EH Exfoliating Brightening Tonic 100mlA couple of spritzes gets your skin ready to apply a serum and then a moisturizer. I like the light feel of this toner and that you don't need to use a cotton pad or your fingers to apply it. You lose a lot of product that way. This has a light citrus /floral fragrance and it feels very cooling when applied.#alcohol-freeKey IngredientsAntioxidant: Bakuchiol, Rosa Damascena Flower OilCell-communicating ingredient: BakuchiolExfoliant: Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum Fruit Ferment ExtractSkin-identical ingredient: GlycerinSoothing: Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf JuiceALL INGREDIENTS BY FUNCTIONAntimicrobial/antibacterial: Bakuchiol, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Rosa Damascena Flower OilBuffering: Citric AcidChelating: Phytic AcidEmulsifying: PEG-40 Hydrogenated Caster OilMoisturizer/humectant: Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf JuicePerfuming: Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil Expressed, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Limonene, Linalool, Parfum (Fragrance), Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel OilPreservative: Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, EthylhexylglycerinSolvent: Aqua (Water), LimoneneSurfactant/cleansing: PEG-40 Hydrogenated Caster OiliNGREDIENTSAqua (Water), Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum Fruit Ferment Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Caster Oil, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, 1-Methylhydranto-in-2-Imide, Bakuchoil, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Citric Acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil Expressed, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Ethlhexylglycerin, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Leaf extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Juniperus Virginiana (Cedarwood) Oil, Limonene, Phytic Acid, Linalool, Parfum (Fragrance), Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Citrus, Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil

Hydrate yes. Exfoliate & Glow not so much.
Emma Hardies' Amazing lip balm was so great, thought as I spray my face all day, Tonic had to work somewhere. On my 50+face, there's just no significant difference.I applied to microfiber cloth & wiped.Sprayed directly to face as make-up prep.Sprayed directly to face as a refresh. No glow, no exfoliating smoothness on the 1st 2.As the last one, it's a nice hydrator and gentle to the eyes.Keep in travel bag as a back-up. Just not a Go To.

spray on, wipe off, pat in exfoliating toner/tonic
"Directions: Shake before use. After thoroughly cleansing the skin, close your eyes and spray the exfoliating tonic onto a cotton pad and wipe thoroughly over the face, neck and décolleté. Press any excess left on the skins surface directly into the skin. Follow with your usual skin treatment - serums and or moisturisers using morning and evening after thoroughly cleansing the skin"A tonic, not a toner. This is meant to be sprayed on and wiped away. So for that I am treating this kind of like an old school toner in terms of how it used, and when I use it (but it isn't an astringent). I'd rather spray on, pat in. Maybe I will give that a go. Maybe it will be more effective. I normally only use hydrating toners that are meant to be applied and left. Not wiped away. This is different for me. So most days I use this first, then follow up with my hydrating toners and essences. I apply it before because of the ferments and the Bakuchoil (retinol alternative, also like retinol is a chemical exfoliant). I figure I want exfoliators closer to my skin.It contains castor oil, which I know softens and possibly thins the skin, so I am not a big fan of it on my face. I also know that it can encourage facial hair growth in some people (personally, I dont care). Maybe there isnt enough to be a concern. I dont know. I do like, if not love EH products, so I am hoping this is overall good for my skin. Their expert tip is to pair it with use with their Purifying Clay Detox Mask "for extra brightening and glow prior to creams and serums". Which I have! Think I will add this to that treatment. But I may use it on body instead. I guess I just dont love it (yet?).Has lots of essential oils, which does not bother my skin.. but I know some people are adamant to avoid ingredients like that.EH Purifying Pink Clay Detox Mask: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JQ1KHCQINGREDIENTS:Aqua (Water), Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum Fruit Ferment Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Caster Oil, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, 1-Methylhydranto-in-2-Imide, Bakuchoil, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Citric Acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil Expressed, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Ethlhexylglycerin, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Leaf extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Juniperus Virginiana (Cedarwood) Oil, Limonene, Phytic Acid, Linalool, Parfum (Fragrance), Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Citrus, Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil
