🚀 Drive Your CNC Dreams with Precision & Power!
The COVVY TB6600 is a high-performance stepper motor driver designed for professional CNC and automation applications. It supports a wide voltage range (9-42V DC) and delivers up to 4.0A peak current with 6 microstepping modes (up to 32 segments) for ultra-smooth motor control. Compatible with various 2/4 phase hybrid stepper motors (Nema17, Nema23), it includes advanced protections like overheating, under-voltage, and over-current detection, making it ideal for engraving, cutting, laser, and CNC machinery requiring precise and reliable motion control.

Always good to use these, they work well. The Microstepping feature is a bonus!!

Does the job.
Bought to test various stepper motors. Build quality seems a bit flimsy, but good enough for its intended use.

Not recommended for higher currents.
I bought this because the single IC A4988 driver was overheating. Based on the big, decent housing and heatsink, I assumed this would have decent FETs and proper heat management. Nooooo... This also has a tiny fully integrated driver IC with an Al spacer to the heatsink without any heat grease. Luckily, I only use this at 24V/1A current, and with the added heat grease, it works just fine, but I can't recommend this for any higher currents.

Robast design but lacks descriptions
..looks like a robast and modern electronics design however, the product is delivered with no leaflet or manual however short it might be. Without any documentation supplied with the device it is not very easy for novice hobbiest or electronics enthusiasts to put these devices to use..unfortunately all the electronics modules manufactured in China or Far East come with no documentation. .this is a seriously wrong marketting strategy.. i think AMAZON as a big global marketing company should take this seriusly and take it up with the supplying companies. .without such documentation, personally, I am rather reluctant to buy such products in the future.

It works only in ENA in not connected.
It works only in ENA in not connected. So it is not an Enable but Disable input.Almost threw it into the bin. I found this info on the page of the different seller of this product.
