The bracket attaches to the AirMini. You then use either the hanging clip to attach to a drawer or you use the sleeve tucked between the mattress and box spring to attach it to the side of the bed. I use it anytime I'm traveling and staying in a hotel. Works as advertised!

Q: How does the wall mount attach? Adhesive? Command strips? Screws?

These use adhesive like command strips.

Q: What's the maximum thickness the "hook module" can handle?

Don't have it with me, but as I recall the top is about an inch.

Q: Could this work for other small cpap machines, like the z2?

The holder is molded to fit the AirMini and it’s a tight fit. I am not familiar with the z2 so I don’t know if it would work or not. I’m going to say it won’t.
