Fits perfectly on Rock Shox Lyric 2022 27.5” and with 2.5” tyre width.
Fits perfectly on Rock Shox Lyric 2022 27.5” and with 2.5” tyre width. The main reasons for purchasing was to avoid wearing glasses on night rides and it has made that goal a reality.I have noticed a massive difference in riding comfort in general and considerably less muck gets on my face and glasses/goggles now.No longer do I have to put up with the nuisance of wearing glasses on night rides or dull overcast days in the forest (Photochromatic lenses don’t react quick enough and clear lenses are irritating).I have noticed yet experienced a jamming event between the tyre and the mud guard which was a concern - I have recently ridded some very sloppy trails and have had no issues.Bonus that it is made in the UK - Back buying British 👍🏻

Solid choice
Well built product reasonably easy to install. Looks good for a mudguard actually. Does rattle about a bit more than I expected, might use cable ties rather than the velcro provided. Also the short size didn't pick up as much crud spray as I would have hoped but still an improvement over nothing! Maybe a touch overpriced too.

Great product
After having a problem with installing the mudguard (my own fault) I realised how good they are. Been riding my bike without any problems and without water or mud on my face. Going to get the rear mudguard now. Thank you.

Love it
This has replaced the tiny guard you can buy for a few pounds that a lot of us have fitted. It looks good enough that I'm going to leave it on once the slop dries up. It mounts solidly with either velcro or cable ties (I'm using a mixture of both). There is still slop thrown up from the front wheel onto the frame and your shoes. I use an old Crudcatcher on my frame but my shoes still get a splattering. I have considered next winter getting the long version for better protection.

A bit too short short for 29 inch inch wheels
It was a little fiddly to fit around my Mazarocci forks but I managed and just returned from a bike ride in wet conditions, with lots of puddles. Unfortunately the first thing that became clear is that it’s too short for 29 inch wheels. It is plenty wide enough for my tyres. OK it does reduce the amount of upward spray, but if it was 5cm longer the product would be more effective. I also suspect that replacing the Velcro straps with zip ties would probably help in securing the product in winter when pretty much all rides are in wet and muddy conditions. Not bad, but could be improved.

Keeps mud off your face
Front mudguards for MTB may seem pointless but it stops the spray in your eyes especially when you turn the bars. It also keeps pools of dirty water on top of the shock seals off, where I ride it's quite muddy with grit in it this scores the fork legs up!Easy to fit or remove in seconds I opted to use cable ties instead of the supplied velcro.

Excellent mudguards
Needed some mud guards for my shiny new full suspension bike.Read about these online and that you can adapt this front guard to the back.I bought two one for the front and one for the back and up to now they work a treat, it also with slight modification works on the back (made two new slots for the Velcro straps)
