Delicious and convenient way to enjoy espresso w/o a machine
Really thankful that I came across this offering. While I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's equivalent to an espresso that one might have from a cafe in Colombia, I keep a jar of this on my desk at work and it's leagues above any kind of K-Cup coffee that I would otherwise be consuming. Also makes a great addition to various foods (i.e. plain greek yogurt w/ chocolate or vanilla protein powder).

How is this so good????
I felt legally obligated to come on here and give this a review, as it arrived at 10 am and I’ve made two drinks with it already. One hot and one cold. I have an espresso machine (medium quality, not great but not terrible) and am pretty good with it. The taste of this surpasses the best shot I can pull, my perfectly-timed & ratio’s cold brew, and any moka pot I’ve made in recent history. I’m shook. What is this witchcraft? Now keep in mind, while I enjoy a good bean (prefer full city roast), I like my coffee creamed, sweetened and flavored (yes I like ice cream, thanks, idc), so maybe (probably) my opinion would be different if I was trying to drink this straight. My needs are: strong, bold, tasty coffee flavor that holds up against creamer, flavor syrups, and often ice. Check check check. I would NEVER guess this was instant and it’s going to save my lazy ass from buying DD or SB when pulling shots sounds like too much work. I’m very happy and will definitely buy again.Note: Functionally, it did leave a few clumps in hot water but was pretty easy to blend. A quick flick of my cold foam whisk took it the rest of the way and then some. I’ve worked a lot harder for worse coffee.

Excellent espresso! (beware shipping)
I discovered this espresso while in Canada and fell in love. It’s expensive because it’s being imported, but it’s still SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than getting espresso at a coffee shop. I don’t think anyone would suspect that this was instant if they didn’t know.I’m angry that Nestle doesn’t just sell this in the U.S.I’ve tried a few other types of instant espresso (Medaglia D’Oro and Cafe Bustelo) and didn’t find them as smooth or sweet as the Nescafe Gold. They also didn’t have the fluffy crema.BEWARE THE SHIPPING PACKAGING!I normally order a 3 pack of these and they arrive in a row, side-by-side, wrapped with bubble wrap and have a piece of corrugated cardboard between each jar. I’ve never had issues with the 3 pack.My 2 pack arrived with 2 jars just sitting in a plastic shipping envelope with no protection at all. When I opened the envelope it was filled with espresso powder as one of the jars had broken inside, presumably during shipment.I don’t know if 2 packs are always shipped this way, but hopefully Amazon will better protect these in the future as it will save them time and money and upset less customers.I recommend getting the 3 pack just in case. This is also the smoothest powder of the instant espressos I’ve tried, making it great for other than drinking.I put a bit of heavy cream, sugar, and espresso powder in a mug and whip it with my milk frother to make an instant espresso mousse as a treat to eat with a spoon or put on top of everything and anything.

Great flavor, easy to make!
Delicious! We bought both the regular one and the decaf. They’re both great tasting and so easy to make. Sometimes we love a quick espresso in the afternoon with whipped cream and a little caramel. This stuff makes it easy! Yum!
