Since my hair has a natural tendency to turn brassy, this shampoo helps make my highlights look a bit more neutral. It doesn't work as well as some others I have tried, but the price point on this made me buy it. It is better than nothing, but not my first choice in purple shampoo’s.

I bought this because I highlight my hair and it was recommended by a friend. Love the product I continually purchase it whether it’s the shampoo or conditioner. The package is wonderful Strong and won’t leak.. my hair feels healthy and works really well

This shampoo is so purple that it almost looks black so be prepared for a bit of a mess in the shower. I needed to use a pretty large amount to get enough for my shoulder length hair. I think it works alright and I will keep using it but it is not a good substitute for my usual Kenra purple shampoo. It is much cheaper though!
