I bought this chair for my home office because I was dealing with lower back pain and the previous, somewhat cheaper ergo chair that I'd bought from a major office supply store was making it worse. I already knew about the Hon Nucleus because I was provided one by my at-work office close to nine years ago, so when lesser models didn't cut it I went for what I knew would work.The great thing about this chair is that the stretch fabric back really conforms to the sitter's back, providing support without any focused pressure points. Personally, I find it more comfortable than even the Aeron chairs that cost 3x as much. The ONLY negative is that I wish the arms were longer, as they really aren't quite where I'd want them to be when I recline the chair.

Discovered that this chair is designed for tall people. I'm 5 ft 8 in and my feet dangle when sitting in this chair. Chose to return this chair as the Amazon splash screens indicate a full refund when returned. The shipper, Alliance Supply will not pay for return shipping. From my location the cost of returning this chair was $330 (UPS), half the price of the chair. To discover this fact, you have to deep dive into the fine print. Therefore, I'm keeping the chair and will lower the chair or raise my desk 2-3 inches and use a footrest to elevate my feet. Just discovered that I can buy 4, 5, and 6 in replacement gas cylinders for 20-30 dollars. Will take this route if I can figure out which cylinder to purchase.I'm angry with Amazon for allowing the vendor to bury the denial of shipping clearly out of sight. We buy more and more stuff from Amazon and trust their splash screens. no more. Spent a lot of money for a product I can't use without modification to the chair or my desk. Amazon!!! fix your screen promotions. If the vendor does not pay for return shipping, say so up front and do not allow them then to bury this in the fine print. Last: to the vendors, tell me what the floor to top of seat distance is. Will eliminated a lot of angst when selecting a proper chair.

Excellent product! I work at home full time since covid and sit in this chair at least 8 hours per day! Very comfortable and yet firm for my back. Only had 2 months or so but so far so good!

The bottom of seat itself is a little stiff for me. I wish it had an adjustment to tilt the front of the seat itself up and down, because it feels like the front side of the seat is a little too slanted upwards, which could end up with my legs falling asleep due to cut off circulation. I don't know yet, though. I'm going to give it a bit of time and see. There's plenty of room to sit cross legged on it (yoga style) if you're that kind of sitter.The arms have an acceptable range of motion. The have a little bit of give if you squeeze them but are overall hard. Doesn't seem to hurt my elbow, though.The back feels fine. Probably the best part of the chair.

Horrible product and when I want to return it but return cost in 450$ that seller does not pay. It says free returns within 30Days. Amazon should ban this seller.

Chair arrived with a bent frame. Packaging was very cheap and more than likely got damaged during delivery. seat pad could use more padding. Returned immediately.

I love this chair so far, however, I didn't receive a warranty or any instructions on how to adjust the lumbar support. Can you help me, especially with the warranty. Thank you
