Yellow Paw - Very good product
This tool is better than my old unit of a different brand. The tool is much lighter and easy to adjust the depth. Would I buy it again, for sure. Does all the nails I use in size and works very good for all of them.

Works as it should
Great nail gun. Wish it came with the trigger set to sequential nailing instead of having to set it myself.

Get what you pay for
I used a Harbor Freight nailer for a few years, and after occasional jams, misfires and other problems, it finally stopped working after I dropped it off a ladder for the third (at least) time. This Bostitch just works, every time. I've used a few different brands of nails, it doesn't care, it works every time. I've dropped it too, and it doesn't care, it just keeps working. Yes there are cheaper brands out there, and if you only plan to build one shed in your life, maybe it makes sense to buy one of them. But for anything even close to regular use, do yourself a favor and buy a Bostitch.

good gun - holds up well
This gun works good and given proper lubrication will serve you well for a long time. I have owned one for over 10 years (as a self-employed contractor) and use it for framing houses and building polebarns and docks. I like the availability of fasteners (common 8d-16d and galvanized ringshank 8d-10d). Mine has been dropped many times from up to 40 feet onto large stone (#2s) and even concrete with NO damage ever. It has been underwater dozens of times. Anytime I have had an issue with air leakage or feeding, a good degreasing and re-lube has fixed my problem. I bought an extra gun (at a super Amazon deal) to put on the shelf because I didn't expect my original to last through much more of my abuse, but it has made it another 18 months!

Mr. Bob tries Bostit
This is my first Bostitch product and I like the feel of it, and it has just the right weight for me and seems to do a good job. The one thing I don't seem to care for is you are very limited on the different brands of nails you can buy for it. As far as the quality of the product it seems to be very good. I had a harbor freight nailer before and the quality was very poor, It lasted for 3 years, but was hit and miss and I would think twice if you are considering buying contractor series harbor freight because the bitterness of the quality last a lot longer than the sweentess of the price.

It is sturdy and it drives the nails.
I wore out my last nail gun, which is basically the same gun. I was happy enough with it to buy the same thing again. This is slightly different, a little bit lighter (but not much), and made out of a weird metal or something. I could see how this might seem heavy to some. It does what I need it to do. Easy to load, easy to work. I have only had nails jam a handful of times. I never had any problem removing the jammed nail.

Great value, arrived as advertised. The nailer works well.

It’s a solid gun. But can get a little heavy by the end of the day. I’ve had no mechanical issues since purchasing. Its a good tool.

Works well but there are a few things that could be improved upon: 1. This unit is shipped without the attachment plug. So I received this item then I went to do my job only to discover that I cannot connect the unit to my compressor hose. Having bought this unit they could have at least put a hose connectivity in the box. Very irritating 2. Be aware you cannot drive nails by simply pulling the trigger. There are two modes i.e. a grey trigger mechanism and a black trigger mechanism. The grey is preinstalled and in order to fire the unit you have to depress the head then pull the trigger. After each nail - you release the trigger and depress the head again then pull the trigger. With the black trigger mechanism it works differently i.e. multiple nails through one trigger action and bumping the head - they should have a card attached to the unit explaining such actions. Overall a very smooth unit and well worth the money. Drives nails very smooth and efficient

i've only used it once and it performed reasonably well. I haven't figured out how to adjust the nail depth (it leaves about 1/8 inch) but the convenience of having the nail go in "instantly" while holding large pieces of wood is what i wanted. A couple of whacks with hammer fixes the other issue and i suspect if there is probably adjustments. Used on 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 in nails so far. Feed system very reliable and loading the nails in the handle is very simple.

really nice nailer.quite lite for the size of it not so hard on your hand while using it. I really like how the plastic nose comes of and the nose has deep serrated scallopes on it to bite in on the wood for toe nailing that is a really nice feature. I had a lot of toe nailing on my first project to do so this was really a bonus for me. and tonnes of power to drive the nail in to depth when toe nailing. depth adjustment is quick with the push of a button. I know some people didn't like how you need to actually change the trigger switch to go to sequential firing mode(meaning you can just hold the trigger in and bump the nose to fire it)but for me this was not an issue since it is a framing nailer so I want to make sure I place the nails proper before I actually fire it so I probably will not ever use the sequential mode.
