I gifted my 12 year old grandson with this practice knife, he's always flipping it around?

This was for my son's bday. He's turning 10. His older brother 11 has something similar and he obviously wanted one as well. Compared to the other one this gold knife was a little tight (per older brother's assessment lol!) So I had to loosen the screws on both of them. There was no screw driver (not the normal it's some other weird type) but thankfully my older son's knife had that accessory. Closing the gold knife and locking it in place is also a little tight. But all in all my younger son loves the gold knife after I made the adjustments. That is why I took a star off - screws were a little tight, difficult to close and lock and doesn't have the extra screwdriver that my other son's knife was provided for his.

I don't recommend this practice knife at all. My son picked this out as a starter practice butterfly knife. The screws for the handles starting loosening and backing out with the first use, and required constant tightening and adjusting just to keep it together. I immediately searched online and ordered a different one from a different vendor and it was superior to this one. I wanted to return this, but my son continued trying to use it for the two days before the new one arrived, and one of the screws fell out and was lost. I would recommend anyone looking for a starter practice butterfly knife look for one without external screws like this one.
