My Dyson V7 began running just a bit over a minute before shutting down - it originally ran for as long as needed, maybe 15 to 20 minutes - this vac is used for light cleaning in between pulling out the Miele. We debated if getting another model, i.e. V11, as V8 has poor battery record. Money talked, we decided to go with a replacement battery. We did some research and opted to go with Lasica vs a Dyson OEM that costs 3 times. The delivery was very timely, received in 2 days. Installation was super easy. 3 screws, that's it. It took a while to charge fully, probably due to a new battery. We put it in use and the vacuum is good as new. Not sure how long this battery will last. Will come back for update later.
