For under $20 I thought I would get a couple of small pieces of spider wood drift wood. I was surprised. Four nice pieces came well packed and in good condition. When I boiled for an hour to get tannins out fortunately little tannin amount was left. I only needed one piece in my 10 gallon tank and it looks great. The other 3 nice pieces are on reserve if my clown pleco ever starts really chewing. My only surprise is the bio film which I found is safe for the fish that forms around the driftwood. Ive read that the biofilm is often eaten (safely) by the fish and eventually goes away. Good purchase in my opinion.

A few pieces were a little odd but I managed it to work! Overall pretty good and look great in my nano aquarium.

Got the 5 piece smaller pieces for my 40 gallon. They do float so I boiled them and they sunk the next day, I also soaked them for a week to release some tannins because they release a lot. I drilled some holes and put some plants in the driftwood and they look great!

I ordered two for our two ball python enclosures, I should have ordered four, but wouldn't have paid that much for the wood.The 3 pieces in my 20 gallon tank work okay, but the wood is lost in my bigger tank.I do suggest soaking them before introducing to aquarium or habitat.

The three pieces I got were awesome! Size was perfect and so was the shape of them! Basically got a “smaller” (not actually that small, just the smallest) really unique piece, a medium long piece, and a bigger/thicker center piece. I was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend!! Can’t even explain how much I truly enjoy them. Awesome for a fish tank.

The pieces arrived in decent enough condition, but they were pathetically small and not very interesting or aesthetically pleasing to look at. I was hoping for moderately sized pieces that would really bring my tank to life, but they're smaller than expected and don't live up to my expectations. You'd think a purveyor of driftwood would know to only sell pieces that are interesting and enjoyable, and not the scraps that belong in the firepit. I'm really disappointed in what I got and would NOT recommend buying from them.

Generous sizes, 3 pieces. Two pieces had multiple "legs." One piece was more solid and the third piece was more rounded with multiple places for my snail to hide and for me to attach my java fern to. All pieces fit well (they're close together which is fine with me) into my 5 gallon tank but would equally fit well in a 10 gallon with more space in between. Fish like nibbling on and swimming in and out of them. Snail loves his new hiding places. I affixed annubias to the larger pieces and they're doing well. I didn't have a pot big enough to boil the wood, so I used very hot water to soak them, changing the water frequently. After the water was clear, I added them to the tank and so far, there has been no leaching of tannins. I would use this vendor again without hesitation.
