I love this little thing!
It does get really hot at first, but it stays hot for a while. I love it right before I go to bed to help my relax since I’m always freezing cold and I don’t want my hands like ice when I’m trying to go to sleep. I think it’s loosing water somehow but it still heats up and works fabulously.Edit: I ordered another one 3 years after my first one went out. I use this thing all the time, when I’m on vacation, at home, on my lower back on my work chair, at night on my stomach for cramps, for my constantly freezing hands, the back of my neck at night in bed while I’m watching TV… every where. After 3 yrs, the first one got so much air in it I really thought it was going to pop! And one of my boys stepped on the end of the cord that plugs into the heat pack and broke the paddle off, so it still connected and heated, but it was hanging in by a thread. I’ll probably order another one of these after this one goes out too. 😀

Terrific product!
Totally worth it! I bought it for my hubby, he comes home from work each night with aching hands, and so cold from working outside - even though it was a pink color i bought it anyway - I plugged it in, charged it as per instructions, took 15 minutes just ad it said, hubby came home, I handed it to him and said put your hands in this - he did and suddenly said "wow! That is great!" It was super warm, the lavender pouch smells amazing, the heat lasted 3 hours, he LOVED it, said his hands felt better than they have in a long time, eased the pain & cold. He put it on his lap while eating & said it was keeping him warm & liked the lavender smell wafting into his nose LOL! He was so happy, thanks Happy Hands!

Excellent customer service
UPDATE: The Seller reached out to my upon my posting and graciously offered to send a replacement. The gesture is much appreciated. I would definitely look to buy again from this seller. I am looking forward to enjoying the product once more.Pros:When the item was working, it was wonderful. The fluid inside heated within 10-15 minutes and was so hot, it lasted for 5-6 hours. It would be very hot, almost too hot, for first 30 minutes and then reducing to a very comfortable, level. Loved the design, it was exactly what I hoped to find.Cons:After about 4 weeks, the item only heats to lukewarm and as such, doesn't last more than an hour or two. Stopped working correctly about a week after the return window closed.

Best thing I own!
I wasn't sure I would love the lavender smell but I took the chance. It comes in a small package and it's optional. It's really soft, and its something I look forward to all day long.I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I live in Illinois so it's horrible winter weather and it's extremely helpful to have this heating bag. It's really cool, it'd prefilled and you just have to heat it up. The water inside boils and once it's done you get to use it. It's really hot at first so be very careful! But it really does the job. I don't have to worry about waking ip in a significant amount of pain when I go to bed using this. I just love it and I would buy it again.

Terrible product and even worse company - SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY!
This product is truly pointless and awful. Everything it lists as an advantage is actually a disadvantage, plus it doesn't even do what it claims to do. The unit I received didn't fully charge, the heat didn't last, PLUS - the second you get it, you realize, 'oh wait, it takes 10 minutes to charge - I could just get a microwavable one that would take 1/10th the time!). The unit is heavy - so useless of hands - and filled with some weird, unnamed fluid - who knows what's in it. The kicker: they 'full return' policy is complete BS. FIRST - they make you pay your own shipping, then they arbitrarily charge a 50% 'restocking' fee, so that I ended up down almost 2/3s of the purchase price for the privilege of getting their sucky product, having to take it to the UPS store, and then get REPEATEDLY insulted by the company so that they can fulfill their 'reply within 48 hours' and thus close off avenues for Amazon complaints. Save yourself the troubles (and the money) and avoid at all costs.

So warm and soft
If you have never had one, then you are missing out. I do use for my hands alot but I also put it on where I am hurting. Just plug it in and it doesn't take very long, approximately 15-20 minutes and it's ready for you to enjoy! I have not used the dried lavender that comes with it.

Soft, looks cute. But very heavy
I was looking forward to this product for an elderly person. Her hands are always cold and ache from arthritis. But as soon as it came, I knew I had to return it. It is so heavy! For me it was a little too heavy. For an elderly person, no way! It seems to be an old school water heating bag with a really cute, soft cover. Elderly lifting this or holding it for hours is not ideal, even while sitting.
