This book was so helpful to me as I began work in a long-term care facility. Having not developed care plans for some time, this book have me a great starting point for thinking like a LTC social worker. The plans could be copied and personalized for even quicker development of social services care plans. Great book for those looking at long-term or skilled care plans. So worth your investment.

Not very helpful

I was hoping for all social services care plans such as advance directives and for residents on medications for drug addiction.
