I am writing this review because not only was the product awesome, but the seller contacted me through email with a 20- some page book with work outs to do with them for free!! I thought that was so nice and generous. I bought these because the bands I had were slipping and sliding down my legs, too stretched out, and frustrating. I saw a blogger post these and I hopped on them!!! They’re wonderful! They have a grip in the inside of the band so it doesn’t slip but it’s not too gripping where it pulls your skin if you have shorts on. They are made great so I don’t foresee any stretching to where it is too stretched out. I say if you’re thinking about it, BUYYYYY!!!!! You’ll be happy.

I have a really hard time hitting the gym and my small department won't fit a lot of stuff, I was looking for a set of weights for my CrossFit home workouts and found this resistance set, so far the quality is on amazing material. Now I carry them with my gym bag and use them a lot.

First of all, these hip circles are awesome! Great quality, thick enough to stay in place and these ones don't rip or tear as others that I had before.Secondly, these are really good for me because I can exercise at home. Btw thanks for the PDF with a lot of exercises.

I’ve used a lot of different bands working out over the years including the original slingshot band. These are better. Can’t beat the price

I bought the SLINGSHOT and then returned it because these were cheaper. These do not work as well as the slingshot as they are way way too tight. I wish I tried to return this sooner. I am stuck with them!!!

I purchased these at the request of my trainer and they work in the exact way they are supposed to. It added that nice little punch to my work out.

These are the same as the ones we use at my gym, so they get used a lot. Very strong and sturdy.

I am super impressed, they are thick fabric which is great and don’t slip at all,comes in a convenient carrying bag. Definitely worth the buy - I would recommend them!
