Nice tank.
Nice tank for storing water or other liquids. Should hold up well with solid support to base,(bottom) of tank. Plenty of options for filling, venting and emptying contents.

Stand behind product hassle free return.
Didn’t fit when I tried to return. I couldn’t they don’t stand behind product.have to pay over half of what I paid for it to send it back.It doesn’t mention that you have to pay for shipping and handling when returning. I find it disturbing when you can’t speak to a seller once you buy their product.

Needs better QC. Split, crooked fitting, trash molded into plastic, unable to fully drain.
***UPDATE 12/21/22***The tanks are now over two years old and have had minimal use. One is working fine, the other tank that came with the crooked fitting I mentioned earlier now has a leak at the fitting. The entire thread shaft has split directly across the mold seam (see photo), meaning I’ll have to use a permanent sealer to attach a fitting and clamp it down. Very frustrating for such a young tank that cannot be easily removed and replaced. All four fittings are in use on two of these tanks and this is the only one that split. It was not over-tightened and the drain valve attached has not been used in over a year. Tanks are mostly empty during a bus renovation project and I have never pressurized them. I gave this product the benefit of doubt despite the initial flaws, but am finally of the opinion that I should have chosen a different brand. I regret to have to lower the rating to two stars. I just don’t feel they are going to last very long based on the apparent lack of quality control. Also, as mentioned before, you can see in the photo that the fitting is totally removed but there is about an inch of water sitting level with the open hole. That’s the lowest you can drain this tank without considerable effort.***UPDATE ***The tanks have been leak free and working as intended for almost a year now. My complaint now is that you can never completely empty them. There is about an inch of water left once the tank has drained all the way down to the bottom of the drain fitting. If these were mounted vertically it wouldn’t matter, but mine are in a bus bay, so they have to lay flat. Winterizing is very tough with that much water left in the tank.**********I like that these are pre-fit with three 1/2” NPT fittings. In theory, that was perfect for me. I’m setting up fresh and gray water tanks, so I bought two. Overall, they are good tanks, but I had different issues with both. The first tank I unboxed had some type of black debris molded into and completely through the wall plastic. It’s hard to tell what it actually is, but it’s roughly the size and shape of a large fly. Obviously it can’t be removed because it is part of the tank now. I’m semi-worried it might leak from that spot in the future, but it feels solid as of now. Even though it’s small, I would not want to use this one for fresh water, not knowing what’s poking through into the inside of the tank. The second issue I had with this tank was that the back end of one of the NPT fittings was about half full of the resin/epoxy/whatever they used to attach them, so flow will be restricted through that hole, unless I drill it out, which would leave tons of shavings floating around in my tank that I could probably never completely clean out.Fortunately, I bought two, so I designated this tank for gray water since I only need to use two of the fittings and it doesn’t matter if whatever is molded into the tank is a contamination risk. The second tank was free of debris and looked great, unfortunately, when installing the first 1/2” plug, I noticed it was sitting crooked once it was fully screwed in, not flush with the rim of the female fitting, unlike the others I installed on the first tank. I backed it out to inspect the threads and all appeared well- no cross threading. I slowly put a different plug in just in case the plug was the problem, but I got the same thing. So, while the fitting was mounted to the tank straight, it’s pretty obvious the fitting itself was threaded at an angle somehow. If it doesn’t leak, it’s not an issue. If it does, I’ll have to use a more permanent solution to keep it sealed, which shorts me a fitting, should I ever need it to expand my setup. I’ll point out that I used several layers of teflon tape on each and every fitting. All that said, I have not filled these tanks yet and, therefore, have not used them in my system, so I did not rate this product below four stars. I bought these two months ago and should have inspected them upon arrival, but did not, so my return window has probably closed, however, as long as everything goes smoothly when I fill the them, I’m satisfied. If there are any further tank-related issues, I will definitely update the rating and review.
