Update 4: opened the connection box on Lamp and discovered that the weather seal is very flexible and may make it difficult to reinstall when lamp is mounted (see 1st Picture). I also made a mounting bracket to help me align lamp when I install it to side of house (see 2nd picture). Bracket is from solid hardwood, beveled at the top shed water. The milled in recess accepts the lamp. The hole is for electric leads.Update 5: finally got it up and wife loves it. This is better looking than lamp it replaced. Big complaint is that the cover for the connection box has a seal that is so flexible I could not get the gasket back on. Also the tiny aluminum screws are easy to drop and loose especially since my magnetic drivers do not hold them. Bigger screws and none flimsy gasket would be a great idea.Update 3: The replacement unit works! MFG responded to quickly and sent me a replacement quickly.The unit appears strong and is somewhat heavy. Looks very strongly built. Will need strong support for mounting. Very happy about this unit now. Good price, excellent light. Timely response to replace unit. Will provide update after I mount it.My first review and updates 1 and 2 are below so you can see the history of what happened.1st review: Dead out of the box. electric eye clicks but no light.Update 1: since I missed the 30day Amazon return window, mfg responded to my email through Amazon and offered to send me a replacement. The response was in a few hours which is very impressive. Next update will be when I get the replacement.Update 2: replacement light arrived very quickly and worked.

Ordered this light for a metal building install: within the warranty period it failed and no where on the listing can you find warranty contact info for Ledmo, or anywhere else for that matter. My light needs to be replaced.Update:So I was contacted by Ledmo after they saw this review and they directed me to purchase a cheaper 200w light that was different than this 500w light I originally purchased. They said they would refund the purchase price once I received the new light. This would serve as my warranty replacement. As the mounting brackets on the cheaper 200w light are not the same as the 500w light and would not work with my metal building install I ordered the same 500w light I originally ordered as seen on this review. Magically after proving them my order number right after placing it, I received in the mail a few weeks later the cheaper 200w light that would not mount to my building. No idea if they intentionally “warrantied” me with the cheaper light despite me ordering the 500w version I had originally paid for but it sure seems like they did. They did refund the light purchase as they said they would but I have a useless light that after more messaging with them they want me to return and order another one.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased two Ledmo 150W 5000K 19,500 lumen lamps in August 2020.I was tired of the wimpy lights I previously used. I had them finally installed in January 2021.They are mounted on the two peaks of my home and about 25' from the ground. They are angled so that the center of the displayed area is roughly 25 to 35 feet from the side of the house.These lights are not cheap, but they arrived well packed and are very substantial.I could not be happier. They broadcast a clean and very bright light. A neighbor joked that you perform surgery in the area.The delay on the video is real; apparently the photocell must need a few seconds until the lamps are actuated.No more wimpy lights here! BTW, 19,500 lumens are a lot of lumens.

I have to say this light is awesome and this seller is by far the best on Amazon. I bought and installed it a little over 2 years ago and it by far beats the city lights you pay a monthly fee for. A few weeks ago it started flickering and was like a strobe so I emailed this seller. 3 days later I had a new light no questions asked. I have bought several of these lights and this is the only one I have had any problem with. I am going to buy my parents one from this seller. Best customer service I have ever had with a third party seller on Amazon. You have tried the rest now try the best. 15 stars

I purchased this light on May 14, 2020. In the ad, it stated "• led street light have 5 Years Warranty-warranty means a worry-free purchase,If there are any led parking lot light quality issue, we will provide replacement. "The light started failing 6 months ago, and I have on and off tried to figure out who to call, to honor the warranty. Following a lead to "Target Lighting" took me to a company that has NOTHING TO DO with LEDMO Targetlighting. In fact, the lady I spoke with was tired of getting calls about a light that had failed, and they weren't the company that was selling these things.I will continue to try to get satisfaction on this failed light. But, my guess is, the warranty claim is not going to be rectified.Update to my review: The company has agreed to replace my light under warranty. Good for them! They also say that they have updated the light, and made it more waterproof. The light, when it was working, was a really good light fixture - easy to install and solidly built. The inability to get someone from the company to respond, WAS MY OWN INCOMPETENCE in using the system, as I very seldom have a issue with items I purchase from Amazon.

Model has a 5 year warranty. This light faded out within 2.5 years. Fixture originally worked well upon installation in terms of brightness and photocell. I have not found a straightforward way to connect with the seller LEDMO through Amazon, and I am using this review to see if contact can be made.

Lights are easy to install, very bright, and come on at dusk and go off at dawn. Very satisfied with the performance of the lights and the area of coverage. Seller has integrity and honors the warranty on the lights. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.

The light is very bright and really easy to install. Everything was received in good shape and no issues encountered. Will definitely will be ordering more since my project isn't finished. Will upload photo once project is complete.

I purchased the Ledmo outdoor light in September 2020 with high hopes, especially considering the advertised 5-year warranty. However, I am a bit disappointed.Initially, the light worked great, illuminating my outdoor space with brightness and efficiency. Unfortunately, after just three years of use (installed around February 2021), it stopped working. Despite my attempts to reach out to Ledmo's support for assistance.I implore Ledmo to honor their commitment to customer satisfaction and promptly address this issue and rectify this situation and fulfill their warranty obligations.Potential buyers should be aware of the potential shortcomings in both product durability and customer support when considering Ledmo products. As it stands, I am left disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase.

Light worked good for 2years now doesn’t work barley comes on only half lights on please contact me for warranty info ,

This product only worked for about 1 year and then half the bulbs burned out. Could not get ahold of manufacturer for warranty. Do not purchase this product.

I purchased a 150w light for my yard 2years ago and it worked flawlessly from dusk-dawn until recently some of the LED’s went out. I contacted LEDMO told them about the problem and they replaced the light for free as per their 5year warranty. No hassles. I got my new one within about a week and an up and running again.
