Q: If I have a space that is 24.75 inches tall, will it fit? It says it is 24 inches tall.

Mine stands exactly 24" tall, and 39 3/8" wide.

Q: Are the dividers beneath each slot tall enough to put a 1/2" Dymo printed label on?

If you mean that you could read from the front, the answer is no. That surface is thin...less than a quarter inch. However, it's designed so that you can slide an 8 1/2 x 11" paper into the slot, and at the front of the slot, there's a visible black surface that is a full half inch wide and will nicely hold a label without being covered by the paper. However, you kind of have to look DOWN to read it. We have this in our preschool, and it works just fine. It would only be a problem if you have the unit up high. As long as the top row is eye level or lower, you can read the labels easily. Hope that helps! It's a fairly sturdy unit and works well for our needs.

Q: Has anyone found any baskets thst will fit inside of the slot?

There is no extra space for baskets. It fits a standard sheet of paper. You can’t even fit folders.

Q: Can the slots hold a laptop/chromebook?

It holds a little larger than a sheet of paper. The shelves are very strong.
