Outstanding Breakdown For Fear Management: A mash-up of Psychology/Mindfulness/Climbing
I was first introduced to Arno's Rock Warrior's Way by a fellow climber/mountaineer coming down from Grand Teton, and had wished I read it before white-knuckling it through the crux going up the standard route. Nonetheless, I came across espresso lessons by good fortune and timing for a new leading trip and need for respective training and pushing the fear limits with grace and grit. As a psychologist I can speak with authority that Arno has done an outstanding job of breaking down physiology, stress, relaxation into simple steps in the climbing environment. Looking forward to a workshop with him and using his techniques with my leadership coaching clients!

Excellent resource
I will keep referring to this book for several exercises. I’ve already (having just finished reading) mentioned the content to several people and used the tips included to improve my quality of movement, level of awareness, and management of stress. I would recommend this to any climber who wants to improve his/her mental game.

If you're thinking about it, buy this book!
This is a great condensed version off of The Rock Warrior's Way that goes in-depth on the practical applications of commitment and the mental game of leading. As someone who is struggling with this sort of thing and have read The Warrior's Way, I think this is a great book to keep on hand so that you may re-read the pertinent sections relevant to your problem areas. It's short enough to read in one day, and only contains the necessary information to help the climber who wants to enhance his/her head game and step it up mentally. I love this book!

Highly recommended!
Absolutely awesome book! There is just not enough information out there to cover the fears involved in rock climbing. Most books have a chapter on it, but that's way too little to actually get to the bottom of it. But this book really gets to the point of it, and makes you realize how much fear (or stress) is actually involved when you climb, even if you might not realize I think. It really got me thinking about how I deal with fear, why I do it, and it really motivates you to try to deal with it. Highly recommend it!

Climbing the mental ladder
Great practical insight and exercises for anyone wanting to climb better. Clearly written and easy to follow. The illustrations aren't great, nor are the pictures big enough on the kindle but the content is strong.

Valuable information
This book is well worth the time and money to read. It has great insights into the "limiting tendency" our minds create, and how to overcome those thought process. I love the practice clinics at the end of the book.

Useful
I'd read the original book, Rock Warriors Way & found it difficult to get into. I think Arno realized this and came out with Espresso lessons to make it a little easier for people like myself. He's done a very good job, each chapter is very digestible and has useful lessons. Having read this I think I could approach Rock Warriors Way again and actually have a better, deeper understanding of the material.

Very succinct mental model for climbing mindset.
Has really helped me to see the way to approach climbing from the mental aspect. Better than reading the long version.
