This was my first time buying these and I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily, the product works very well. It cleans the dishes well, leaves no residue behind, doesn't gunk up in the trap, and I love that it's fragrance and dye free. Will purchase again.

Consider this a clean product to use on/with my dishes that serve my family. It literally works very well. I'm the skeptic but this gives no issues and I've been through a half dozen boxes. BUT if you receive a damaged box, just exchange it cause they could be broke, happened to me once. I CUT the clear plastic individual sac off around the tablet. Be careful not to have wet fingers, it will begin to dissolve. Why? Really has to do with why not, get to the point of the tablet to do it's thing plus I do trust the cheapo dishwasher here. Anyway.... Great product (for glass or plastic) and still yet affordable...

These work well. I do snip off the coating which is rather sticky. The tablets dissolve even in the 1 hour cycle. My dishes feel clean but I do rinse them before putting them in the dishwasher. The tablets have all been intact. These are not harsh like Cascade and don’t leave any chemical residue.

Beyond Auto Dishwasher Tablets offer an environmentally conscious cleaning solution with effective performance. They do come individually wrapped and are supposed to dissolve, but I remove the package. They seem to dissolve fine for me and I have not had any residue. I think they are a good value for the money.

Anyone concerned with the plastic crisis should buy these. The box is cardboard and the tablets are in a wrapper that completely dissolves in the dishwasher. Our dishes come out clean.

Tablets clean OK, but another item we have to be concerned. Is the plastic coating disintegrating or piling up in my plumbing? going to try using by removing packaging on tablets, then going to change to liquid dishwasher cleaner.

These tablets clean very well- easy to use. The best part is there is no chemical smell after running the dishwasher cycle. Defiantly recommend.

"Greenwashing" pun intended. This is supposedly a zero plastic waste product but has polyvinyl alcohol on the ingredient list. The wrapper is a form of plastic - PVA. Since the instructions are 'do not unwrap,' the plastic film dissolves in your dishwasher water and goes down the drain. That does not mean it no longer exists (it's just not in your garbage can.) Now the plastic is in our water cycle or in your septic system. Research claims on both sides of the biodegradability of PVA (Blueland and others claim no, EPA claims yes for detergent products) is inconsistent, so who knows if it completely biodegrades or lingers as a plastic. The dish soap tablet works just fine unwrapped. My trash goes to a waste to energy plant but I still don't want to buy a product with unnecessary plastic added.
