Does it cause high Blood pressure? May I know please

Seems after taking 2piles morning and evening a day...have constipation....stool not passing for more than 2 days and once i stopped it...then stooled passed...with more efforts....after a week...of stop taking pills....now it is back to normal....so prefer to have doctor advice before taking it...it will not work in all cases.
