Q: Nowhere on the gorilla decaf package is the swiss water process logo or wording displayed. if authentic why not?

Hello, The San Francisco Bay Coffee Company/ Organic Coffee Company uses only the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate our beans. Swiss Water introduces zero chemical solvent residuals, provides the ability to promote sustainability, and maintains the quality, taste, and characteristics inherent to the green coffee. No chemicals are or have ever been used to decaffeinate our beans. Unfortunately, our Organic packaging does not reflect that since we are in the process of updating our packaging.

Doesn't say "dark roast" on the package but the roast is comparable to French roast, which is my usual preference but hard to find in a decaf. This is a delicious decaf, full rich flavor that I've had difficulty finding in a water processed decaf.

Q: Why are all of the reviews for the decaf French roast, the exact same as the reviews for the Hurricane Espresso decaf?

I can't answer that other than it would make you think they are all fabricated for marketing purpose. I have searched for years for a good decaf that was safe. I finally have found one and have been drinking it for a year. It is Swiss water process Brazilian whole bean. I get it in dark roast because i like my flavor. I found it on the competitor of this site and the price if you buy it in volume can't be beat.
