Love this teapot. Boils well on my electric flat-top stove. Looks great.

We were initially very happy with the overall utility, design and ease of use of the item except for the lid attachment and would have rated it 4-stars. Now we rate it 1-star because it has become too dangerous to use. The build quality proved to be poor over time and the seller refuses to acknowledge the problem and “make-it-right”. While I realize, there cannot be a lifetime warranty, manufactures almost always make exceptions with cases of product safety. After less than two-years of use, two sharp pins, apparently originally welded to handle, are protruding through. One pin punctured my thumb. I caution buyers to avoid purchasing this item unless you want to discard it after a year of use.

Arrived as expected even to the point that other reviews were confirmed. Call me old fashioned but if the ad lists glasses they should be shipped. The glasses weren't needed and the pot seems OK.

It’s the best tea pot I ever had but it’s very small

We were really happy with it. It was wrapped very well. Used it after washing it out. Works great. Good purchase. Only regret was I didn’t get a bigger one.
