This stuff is another pathway to muscle, Myostatin pathway. DYOR on that... Been taking this in the morning for a bit and I notice a difference. My muscles after this last week feel bigger. It feels like I am on something. All I know is I didn't change anything else, took Yolked and my shirts feel tighter than they did. Beyond the myostatin benefit, it is a quality egg yolk that would seem to offer nutrition for other hormones like testosterone.

Hard to know if this is making a difference, I'm taking it to help preserve muscle while in calorie deficit. That said, it seems to be very effective as a bedtime snack for me. I add it to Greek yogurt with a scoop of glycine and it tastes like tart yellow cake batter.

This product is one of the few supplements I've tried that actually works. I've used it for years. It doesn't seem like it should work since it's just some form of processed egg yolk but it does. And yes, it isn't cheap, but I think the key ingredient is patented so they've sort of got a monopoly on it.

It tastes good, easy and convenient to use. Not sure it is making much difference yo my old body but I hope it does.

Only thing that I changed in supplement. After one month I gained 3lbs of lean muscle.

This one made my stomach feel weird, taste good and it doesn't smell bad. I didn't feel any benefit other than when I was on the toilet, you cant eat or drink anything hot or you destroy the special egg nutrients. Its a good snack but is something you buy and get use to especially with other stuff for better muscle bulk, highly recommend you should stack protein unless it messes with you keeping you on the toilet like it did for me.
