Expect a rough, unpolished instrument badly designed.
Very low quality... Looks like something was made in someone garage, very very rough work. No options to keep block it open...

Not great...
Got this for some prototype evaluation. It didn't come with the wing nut and the moveable arm does not ratchet into place. You will have to find something to keep the two arms separated if you are opening mock tissue/incision. The item has different surface finishes from matte to polished and there is particulate and machine lubricant on the item.
