This knifes low price matches the low grade/quality manufacturing
A Long Story Made Short The Low Price Matches the low quality and low grade manufacturing, if you want more details keep reading further. I enjoy collecting knives both Fixed Blade knives & Folding Pocket Style knives. Most of my knives both Fixed blade and folding are made by well known quality manufacturers but definitely in the budget minded variety. This Western/Camillus CO. Brand knife for about $20 wasn't any different than my other budget minded blades from companies like Cold Steel, S.O.G., and Kershaw. The difference from this Crosstrail knife made by Camillus and my knives from the other brands like S.O.G. is the Kershaw-S.O.G. knives are still quality knives in function and appearance where this Camillus Crosstrail isn't quality. The only nice looking part too this knife is the quality looking sheath pictured above, yes it's made from nylon not leather or a plastic polymer but the stitching and Nylon look good. The rest of the knife has definitely left somethings to be desired. The 1st thing I noticed was the handle scales which are made from a higher quality plastic polymer called Delrin and meant to resemble Antler or Stag bone. But the Delrin doesn't look like Antler bone it just look like crappy low grade plastic painted to try to resemble Antler bone, that's not ok I.M.O. This knifes blade is in sad shape very cheap low grade/quality manufacturing because you can still visibly see the marks and scratches from the grinding process of making & shaping the blade. The grinding marks and scratches shouldn't be this visible on a quality manufactured knife like Camillus should be making and aren't visible with my other budget friendly quality knife manufacturers like Kershaw or S.O.G. I'm not even going over the oily fingerprints on my knife blade. So now that I have this knife in my hands in front of me I definitely regret buying this knife cause of the impressive price instead of buying a similar style knife that's a little more expensive from Companies Like Condor or C.R.K.T. In my case with this knife the saying holds very true and that saying is (You Get What You Pay For) I certainly did. I'll finish by saying that I don't know if I received a Lemon and Camillus makes good knives most of the time or if Camillus' manufacturing and quality control has gone down in the dumps.

Affordable nessmuk style knife
Very nice "Nessmuk " style knife. Good price and quality. The handle was a little too blocky for my liking but that was easily fixed. Sheath was rather generic and not made for this blade shape but also not a big deal.
