As yet the tent has not been out in the rain but one used it Good Friday through to Easter Sunday. There was plenty of frost on the ground first thing in the morning but definitely no rain. There was condensation in the tent but that dried fast with the following wind. So unfortunately one can't help with your question but one felt very comfortable and it is easy to raise the tent.

Q: Is it really a pop up tent?

You have to thread the two flexible poles through the roof, otherwise it is very simple to set up. We bought it for our grandson to have some fun and he has loved every minute.

Q: How easy is it to diassabemble

This tent is so easy to take down, take out the rods in the four corners it then flattens and rods pull through the body of the tent, they can then be folded and so can the tent. Very easy. Hope this helps!
