Gave me diarrhea. I would advise that you take 1/2 tablet to start with to avoid this. My system can’t tolerate even that, but maybe yours can. I get an acidic stomach within 30 mins of consumption. I’ll have to go back to my original one that cost a bit more. (That brand has the word “mate” in it). T

There are other product similar to this to try.
Love the fact tgis is a pre digested food. Tastes okWished it stayed blended better. It should since it is made from a juice concentrate

Didn’t notice much with this product, although it’s not quite one you’d necessarily feel anything from. It’s more of a maintenance product, I’d assume, not sure I’d buy again.
