That's a tough one because each harvest is different. Each bag can contain from 50 to over a 100. The bag I just counted was 71 crickets.

Q: what are the nutritional facts on these?

The nutrition label was supposed to be included in the listing but, obviously, was not. I just added it to the listing. I can't post an image here but if you go back, you'll see the label. Thanks for pointing it out! Bill

I'm not sure what they use as flavoring. I would just recommend, buy grass fed beef and pasture raised eggs. Forget the bugs, they suck.
