These are goodI eat a number of different bars of various brands for breakfast and snack on them rather than waste time on fixing lunch or breakfastThese add a bit of variety at a fair price.They taste good and compare well to other brands and I think taste a bit better than s I mevof the better known brandsBars could be bigger and flavor could be just a bit more robust hence the 4 starsKeep in mind, most food products I rate are 4 with few fives but many ones.This are adequate and I ordered more

the taste was dry and not very good buy the kelloggs bars instead real fruit I through out those bars
