Original Vitamin E not only contains alpha-tocopherol but the other isomers beta, gamma, and delta. Gamma has electrophile functions which prevents oxidized LDL from forming foam cells that become part of plaque. It also helps remove these foam cells and reduces plaque. I also add policosanol to make what original vitamin E that was used in the 50s by the Schutte brothers to treat successfully 56,000 patients.
