well, it has no fluoride, so if you want that, you won't have it in this product. It is sicky sweet, so it may not be to an adult's taste. But it is probably abrasive enough. and you can swallow it. : )

Did they stop making Fluoride Free?

I don't think they stopped making it, it is just out of stock on amazon at the moment. They still have a page for "baby bling" on their website, so I would assume they are still making it :)
