Thank you for the question! I'm using several of these pads, so far I'm very happy with them. To answer your question: You can slide stretch back rings into the pad by pushing the bottom of the ring into the pad with your finger, or with the help of a pencil, or something similar.

For the price - Perfect!

I really needed a jewelry manager for my rings because I buy a lot of packs of rings online and always end up losing them. This did a really good job to help me organize them. I actually already filled them and I’m gonna order two more using this exact link, but the quality is not as durable as I would’ve hoped. Don’t get me wrong. I just happen to always be shuffling and moving things around so one of the edges is already slightly breaking, but if you are not rough like me or forget to open things and throw them in the corner for a while it should be a long lasting and it is so softthey stacked perfectly on each other.
