These pills are pretty good. Cheaper on tje official swanson site though. O double the dose so i take two in morning and two after work. After about four days my poop is green but i can actually go pooh and i start to notice my tastes chamgimg amd a longing for water. Thats how i kmow they are working to detox my body and alkaline it. Good stuff just double dosage after second week. Energy comes naturally. The urges for naps go away. Very subtle but noticeable energy boost
