Swedish Car Parts Tail Light Assembly Complete FITS Volvo 240 244 DL GL Chrome Center Molding Right Side 1372227

Tail light lenses had a terrible finish. Rough edges and tool marks everywhere. Decided to use them anyway as my original lights were holding water. Installed both lights, and one had multiple bulbs not working. The other unit didn't fit well, and caused a constant bulb warning even with multiple new bulbs. Contacted seller and was told no problem to return. Seller then refunded less than half of purchase price. Contacted seller about why, and was told because they weren't returned in original packaging. When seller was informed that they were, then I was told I was not refunded because they were damaged. I informed seller that I returned them because they didn't work correctly, and immediately repackaged the same as I had received them. Seller then called my place of business, and accused me of intentionally damaging items, and said he would not refund my purchase because it would cost him money. I am responsible for the purchase of hundreds of thousands of dollars of automotive parts every year at my business, and this was the single worst experience I have ever had with any retailer.
