Because it was an inexpensive way to find that out. And it works! So I bought a full-size kit. And the world is full of joy! Caution: Since you are using the microwave to heat it, you MUST be careful that the wax is a safe temperature before applying. I thought I had it right, and still got a slight facial burn — similar to a minor sunburn. The second time, I used better caution, and it was fine. Also? MESSY. Very. The bigger kits seem a little better than using the jar, but expect wax strings everywhere. And no, you can’t reuse the wooden sticks. The wax has claimed them and will never let them go. Leave them to their waxy-fate. But waxing does the job on smooth areas. However, using it over/around a raised moles will be less effective. I had to still use a twizer that.

Great product. Works well. I cut it into smaller pieces for better and more use. It come in 3 different sizes i believe. You don't need to warm these with your hands like the old ones. Got them for my daughter and works well and smells good. Would buy again and the price is good.

This new formula is completely useless. I am so disappointed. I have used Sally Hansen microwavable wax for years and it was a fabulous product. The melting time is a joke it barely melts at 3+ minutes and then it turns into this stringy gooey mess that's almost impossible to use. There used to be a spatula that made applying it so easy and they took that out there was also a pair of tweezers in the package they removed that as well. The tub of wax is much smaller and as you can see from my photo the barely meltable wax is a mess, if anything at all. I barely got one use out of this mess and it barely hardened beyond tacky enough to actually remove hair. it doesn't work the same. Please bring back the old formula! Whatever this new formula is to prevent people from burning themselves is ridiculous.

I love the product, but shrinkflation has struck! These can quickly clear up your upper lip or side burn area. For larger areas or stronger hair these probably wouldn’t be especially effective.

My goodness this items is Whoa bad.!!! Laughing I say that because if you are an older person you know about the difference between smooth chin and one that just smile back at you hairy. While I did my share of pucking hair of my face I was glad the mask was still legal to wear. Laughing. Reason I hating the look of the chin hairs golly when did they arrive. So itchy 🤭🙃😁 It its seem you was never done. WHOA!!! This items is so easy to use that its mistakes proof. I used just one long strips and removed hairs oh yak from top of lips and chin. OOOH so nice then I get closeup and find more goodness overwhelming under the lips they hiding my words. Now I'm done with pucking but you needs to be aware its stings just a little. But the satisfaction of no pucking for maybe 2 wks should out weight the stings. I'm very happy no more pucking 2 or 3 hrs looking for a lost hair I miss. I'm free and done with this

Easy to use and effective. Small amount though. Not for larger areas.

These waxing strips kind of work, but they’re not great. They remove some hair, but not all, so I had to go over the same area multiple times, which was super annoying. Also, the wax left a sticky residue that was hard to clean off. On the plus side, they’re easy to use and don’t irritate my skin too much. But honestly, I’ve tried better ones that grab more hair in one go. Not the worst, but not the best either.

So easy to use and way less painful and costly than going to a salon. Been using these for a few months now and don’t see myself going back.
