How do you get the paint to stick to silicone pads? After a week or so the paint starts peeling off and sticking to the board creating a short circuit

First apply a film of super glue to the key pads, then use this paint. Repaired many remotes with this paint but won't adhere to the rubber/silicone directly.

This seems to have left black splotches in my porcelain sink. I cannot get them out with any solvent or granite cleaner. How should I approach this?

I believe the product contains graphite(lead) as the conductive. I've read where a 50/50 mix of vinegar/peroxide will dissolve lead. The problem with that may be that the solution may react with what's beneath the porcelain. Test in an inconspicuous spot.
