Very expensive product in the first place, they dropped the price by £5 and added £7.99 to the delivery fee (theres no way it costs that much to send) to seem like its cheaper when it works out more.

We buy this regularly and take it daily as we do not have any fish/ fish oils in our diet. This plant-based alternative is great to support Brain and skin function and to promote optimum wellbeing. It's a good quality vegan alternative.

Easy enough to swallow not had problems with foul fishy taste you get with conventional omega 3

I was using another brand (Nothing Fishy) but I read about the importance of not only taking DHA but also EPA so I have changed to this brand which contains both from plant (algae) sources. Large gel capsules but long and easy to swallow.

I’ve been buying this product for more than two years. I started buying the twin pack from Amazon as it was better value for money. I like the fact the packaging is biodegradable. Recently, the price has substantially increased. I continued to buy it but have so far had two twin packs where one of the two bottles is not right. The last twin pack I bought had one good bottle, but the second has capsules which have a strange smell and metallic taste. Very unpleasant. The other time one of the bottles had a strong marine smell/taste. At least I could place it as the oils are sourced from micro algae. Sorry Opti3, I will not buy again. I cannot return one half of a twin pack.

I never know what to say about supplements. The results of taking them are unseen and largely unfelt. I’ll rate these a 4 because they came highly recommend by a naturopathic physician and there are no side effects I can notice. They are expensive but apparently humans must have omega 3 fats to stay healthy. So I’m taking them.

These vegan omega 3 tablets work very well and contain all the necessary ingredients to do their stuff. If I have a particular problem, then I increase the dosage to 3-4 a day. Otherwise a maintenance level of 2 a day works well.

I like it is vegan which is difficult to find these days.
