Q: Is it genuine leather?

Hello, Thank you for your question. It is not real leather but, It is actually a higher quality vinyl that is made from Eco friendly materials. This is a high selling bag for us because it is also lighter than leather which takes some of the weight off of the bag. We all know that a bag can get heavy when caring your firearm. This material is very strong and durable.

Q: I have attempted to lock the lock with the keys that came with the purse but it doesn’t work. The lock and keys are tiny. Please help?

I did not have any issues locking mine. May want to contact the seller.

You should call them. Mine came with one

I’m not sure, but regardless....it’s not a well made product, and there’s virtually no warranty on it.
