Haha you thought it was salt. But guess what, you can lower you salt intake by switching up, and substitute with VEGE-SAL. I did, try it, if it don't work for you, go back to SALT!!!UMH UMH GOOD FOR THE FRIED POTATOES & ONIONS Y'ALL!!!

This is a great seasoning for vegetables and eggs. It does contain earth and sea salt as well as soy.

My husband has loved this blend for years! The grocery stores stopped carrying this product. Glade I could find it again.Happy Chef!

This is a great salt to use on all types of veggies. I've used it for many years and keep it on the table along with regular salt and pepper. It just gives a little extra flavor without changing the taste a lot.

Been using this instead of plain salt as long as I can remember. Much more savory, tasty... Just adds so much more flavor without going over the top. Highly recommend for a nutritious and much more interesting alternative to table salt for cooking and table use.

We prefer Vege-sal over table salt and sea salt. We like it on just about everything. It brings out the flavor of food just as salt does. We bought six bottles last time. Unfortunately, they were not packaged well and one bottle broke in shipment. Amazon or the direct supplier should pack them in bubble wrap and not crumpled paper as ours were shipped.

We had a favorite spice and then it was no longer made or wasn't offered. So we looked and looked and I found this one and we both love it. So it is now our favorite.

I have been using this product for decades and am glad it is still on the market. Unlike most people I don't like salt and never salt anything, but with Vegetables-Sol my food is not bland because it gets the right zing!
