Westwood Design Monterey Bedford Baby 4 in 1 Convertible Crib,Chocolate Mist

I purchased this convertible crib in 2015 from JC Penney’s for my daughter and it was so beautifully made. Strong construction, the 5 drawer chest and changing bureau completed her nursery. We converted it into a toddler bed when she was 15 months old and now that she’s almost 3 we will soon transform it into a daybed for her. She’s loved it from the start and often tells her little brother “get off my bed please”. When my son was born in 2017 we looked high and low for a convertible crib that was made as strongly as this one was and we never found one. He’s been sleeping in his Graco pack n play since he was born. I created a little mattress out of old pillow cushions and transformed that from infant to toddler bed as he grew and it’s worked fine but now he’s outgrowing that and so we returned to the search for a convertible crib again. Frustrated with the available options I looked again to JCP but they now didn’t have all the convertible pieces for this crib. THANK GOD FOR AMAZON!! I found the same exact crib as my daughters for less and purchased just the full size bedrails for when we’re ready to transform this crib into full size bed. We are going to use her toddler rails for this crib when we are ready to make hers a daybed. So now my 18mo old son has his own crib and will stay out of his sisters bed. When my hubby finished putting it together my daughter said “mommy, I wanna lay in Trey’s bed”! Lol. You and your child will LOVE this crib.

Crib was perfect!

Only bad thing to report is that our babies grew up and we had to change it into a full bed! It lasted through all three of our children and we still love this set. Durable and no issues for us. We used the crib, toddler and full conversion, all which work great. I just wish I could find a matching nightstand to complete the set.
