I really like this toaster and the ability to toast wider slices of bread. I also love the defrost setting for frozen bread. We buy or make fresh baked bread and keep it in the freezer to prevent spoilage. The defrost setting adds the right amount of time to get about the same amount of browning as when not frozen.We sometimes slice our bread a little thicker and the toaster accommodates the thicker slices better than our previous toaster.The only change I would make is to be able to see the ridge on the chrome browning adjustment knob better. I’ll add a line with a Sharpie or add a thin strip of electrical tape.The toaster looks modern and sleek on the counter. I’m glad we bought it!

This is a good basic long slot 4 slice toaster that has basic functions to it. It has reheat and defrost functions to it too. It can accommodate thick slices and bagels too. The dial setting is infinitely adjustable within the range, and works well for basic toasting. If you want to do bagels or English muffins for example, you can increase the heating time. Overall it works well, though you will have to play with the setting at first to decide how you really like your bread toasted. It does give you some examples of the bread settings in the instructions, but those are starting points I would say. I went for the analog one because I felt that there would be less to go wrong in the long run. Time will tell how long it lasts. The price was good at the time of this review though.

After many toasters, I've finally found one I like!! It browns perfectly, has lots of room, and has that "frozen" button to thaw out bread. I have even used the bun warmer part that I'd never seen before in a toaster. In the past, I would just sit the buns I wanted to warm-up right onto the slots with the heat on. This one has little metal things that you can flip up or down, and it holds your bun over the heat but not touching the toaster itself. My previous toaster was an expensive, fancy one from Cuisinart. It was awful and it just shows that more expensive does not always mean that it's great!!!

I was trying to find a decently priced stainless steel toaster to avoid the chemical issues that the coated ones cause!This one ticked all the boxes. However, keep in mind that it is a 4 slice toaster only if you buy the smaller bread slices. If you get a regular sized bread (eg: Brownberry whole grain bread), you can only fit two at a time.Still works well but just a heads up that you won't have 4 toasts in one go!

This is a dream-toaster. I LOVE IT! -- It has a tiny, super-handy, pop-up rack for rolls & bagels. I use it all the time! It toasts or heats the bread items perfectly. -- The toaster itself is superb, with various settings that allow bread to toast to various degrees. There is a pull-out, crumb tray at the bottom; also super-easy to take out, wipe or dump, & re-insert. (takes 3 seconds) I've never had a toaster that provided a way for crumbs to be eliminated; let alone easily & rapidly! -- I highly recommend READING the instruction booklet. This toaster has many efficient features & helpful, personal adaptations that customers could be unaware of; if not taking the time to inform themselves of care & use of the product. -- I have been DELIGHTED with my toaster. It would make an EXCELLENT GIFT!

I like having a long slot toaster. Lever stays down. Toasts consistently each time. Easy to pop up warmer for croissants. One side of slice is toasted a little more than the other side, and I am surprised to find I like it that way. I almost returned it after first slice toasted. We are so glad we didn't.

compared to others, BEST value.considered others (esp. bella) based on reviews. after READING MANUAL/INSTRUCTIONS, I figured out that they're just as good.for those negative reviews, people should read directions on placement of items in toaster. This makes ALL the difference on toasting evenly
