It's pretty sturdy and heavy with a texture so you get a good grip. The problem is the edges aren't machined well and they just don't scrape very well!

This is the same type of cuticle pusher I've experienced in most nail salons. It scrapes away all that dead cuticle skin and lingering polish residue. No issue with cutting/sharpness as long as you don't apply intense pressure.

Both sides work very well, the cuticle pusher was very efficient and the nail cleaner part does it's job quite well. I would recommend this product.
