See ya later jumbo zesters! This pocket product has moved into town and is taking over the job. The compact size and dishwasher-safe materials were worth the investment. Fits great in your hand and takes off just the right amount off citrus.

I no longer hate zesting lemons. This is a nifty little gadget that is far superior to using a micro planer which I always hated. You just zip across the fruit and the zest is caught in the cover. Couldn’t be easier. Then the cleanup is effortless. Can be put in the dishwasher or rinse under running water. Best purchase I’ve made from Amazon.

Perfect for marinades. I love to cook and especially like using lemons, limes, and oranges peels in marinades . I’ve purchased a few zesters from Amazon and they are hard to clean.. also extremely sharp and I find that I buy the produce and then I don’t want the hassle. They make it look so easy on the cooking shows but long zesters are nearly impossible to clean and most are not dishwasher safe. I love this product . If you’re looking for a small zester that actually works, not so sharp you cut your hand off and a little cup collects everything. Then you toss it in the dishwasher and you’re done. I’m very glad I found this.

Perfect for a small kitchen! A bit difficult to hold onto but nice to find one that’s an easy size to store. Works well.

I've been searching for a good lemon peel zester for a while. It's quick and easy to zest, there is no waste stuck in the sharp grater and it all collects in the attached pocket (which doubles as a grate cover) without a mess. This is the best zester I've ever used. KC

This has become my favorite zester. It has a cover to collect all zest to use when ready. Fits nearly in my palm to make testing super easy. No awkward positions and no scraped knuckles.

Good quality, nice and sharp. Comes with a cover, easy to clean. This is very small, useful for zesting lemons and limes if you don’t have big hands. Would not replace having a larger grater in your house.

This hand held grater does not work well. It is made of plastic and comes apart when using. It's also not very sharp. I do not recommend this product.

My hubby takes an orange to work every day and rather than waste all that rind, I got him this little wonder to take in his lunch kit. On his break, he zests the orange for me and brings it home so I can use the orange rind in my baking. I dry the rind out on a paper towel then jar it. Perfect! He loves the little thing...it works incredibly well. It's super sharp, keeps the rind in place and doesn't take up any room. We highly recommend it.

Convenient and way better than a microplane in my opinion. The zester is easy to clean, compact, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Did not zest the lemon I tried to use it on. Seems as if it isn't sharp enough. Will be returning it.
