Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat

Works great for making sushi!

I enjoy making sushi at home, and this made the process so much easier and more convenient. Great quality — I definitely recommend it! Good size.

The bamboo sushi mat is great quality for the price. It’s tightly woven and flexible, which makes rolling easy even for beginners. I’d recommend wrapping it in plastic wrap before using if you want to keep it super clean. Overall, a nice little tool that makes a big difference for sushi lovers at home!

I am new to making sushi and got this to try it out. It works fine but after watching some videos of professional sushi chefs, this does not have a flat side. Thats OK for me since Im no problem but if you want perfect sushi that's apparently a thing.

This little mat is: Sturdy, sleek in appearance, rolls up small for storage, fits my nori sheets perfectly, is easy to clean (I use a sponges or a bristle brush if there is anything stuck between the bamboo) and didn’t come with a weird smell. It does hold the smell of the nori sheets a bit, but that doesn’t really bother me and I’m confident it would go away with a simple vinegar soak. Work the money and feels sturdy enough to make many, many home rolls (it’s done probably 50+ so far with no objection).
