This has work on all three of my children perfectly. You see results and progress very quickly. I think it is best to apply at night to a clean bottom and diaper area and I swear by morning time, even the worst diaper rash will be almost 100% gone, but also, you can tell their is relief and the area wont look so painful. I don't know what's happening with this company but this ointment is really hard to find

22 years ago my daughter received a trial size tub. We were hooked. At first it was only available in San Antonio, Texas. I would stock up on it whenever I visited. Over the years I have given Dr. Smiths cream as a shower gift to all the young moms I know. When they visited us, they would raid my stash. Now it is available through different stores. This last batch I gave to my neighbor. A week later she asked me where she could buy some more. Her son had developed a rash and the current diaper cream did not help. After the 1rst day of using Dr. Smith cream she could tell a difference. NEW MOMS, don't bother with anything else. It works great on adults too; for chafing, heat rash etc.

I learned about this stuff from my SIL who used it with all three of her babies. Now I use it with my first and not only does it clear up any redness after one or two applications, you only need a tiny amount so the tub lasts forever. Only cream I'll ever use.

I have used this cream for any rash in the body and it works beautifully. First time suggested by a dermatologist approximately 20 years algo.
