great for painful back!
got one for my mum whose 93 and struggles with a bad back...she still working out how best to use it other than when shes sitting down - it falls out if tucked up a jumper! i have one and i think theyre wonderful for back ache - am experimenting with tying it in place with a scarf when i move about the house! easier than filling a hot water bottle - especially for my elderly mum!

Cant really say much as it's a gift so haven't tried it out but it turned up on time, reasonably packed feels nice.

Didn’t heat up enough and was wet when it came out the microwave. Wouldn’t recommend.
Purchased 2 of these. Very lovely smell but after 90 seconds came out the microwave damp and barely warm. Wasn’t even hot enough to use. Very disappointed.
