Update: 9/27/2022I have been taking this on daily basis. My hands are shaky and my heart beats faster. I guess the effect of the high content of caffeine starting to show. I'm just going to stop it.First review: I work in a mently and physically demanding and draining environment (science) . With a full time job, family and getting older I feel Im losing my focus. It's a weird feeling not being able to think right. This truly helps. I can think deeply like I used too. I can remember the ton of procedures I read.
