BendPak Portable Low-Rise Car Lift - 6000-Lb. Capacity, Model Number LR-60P

It meets all of my requirements. I have limited garage space so the ability to move it around is a GREAT option.

I purchased a portable Bendpak LR-60P lift in November 2020 and have yet to be able to use it properly. Firstly, the fitting at the cylinder was not "finished". I had to grind the plug weld so that I could remove the plug in order to fit the hydraulic hose. Secondly, I purchased a longer hydraulic hose because of where I wanted to mount the pump. When I received the hose, it didn't have the same fittings as the original. It took several weeks to get the first and another several weeks to get the replacement. Finally, the lift is supposed to be portable. But there is a "new" and "improved" tow handle that replaces the previously provided tow handle. The new handle cannot be used to move the lift because the wheel centerline is too far forward and when you push down on the handle to raise the lift, the wheels lift off the floor on the edge of the plate. The photos show the earlier style handle that has no plate and the new handle with the plate lifting the wheels off the floor. After 5 months, they provided a new tow cart but it is identical to the original. I asked for a video showing me how to use the tow handle knowing that they cannot produce one. But after several more weeks I still have no response. I am so frustrated with the company. I just hope that I can get the tow handle resolved soon. I might have to go to a metal shop and have a new a new axle welded to back side of the plate. I just don't understand how they can be so incapable to deliver something that works.
