Royal Swedish Body Soap, Tallba Pine, 3.52 Ounce

I've used this soap for years and just realized I can buy it more affordably with Amazon's free shipping. The other two reviewers thought of this soap as having a winter scent, but I've always considered this a summer soap. Its light, clean scent is perfect for summer time, and wonderfully refreshing on a hot day. And the light, clean feel of glycerin soap is, again, perfect for summer. I look forward to using it as soon as the weather starts getting hot, and most highly recommend it! (I should perhaps mention, this is *not* the soap Swedes refer to as Summer Soap; that soap is designed to float on water so it can be used while bathing in a lake.)As the other reviewers have noted, on the practical side, this soap lathers well and the bar is surprisingly long-lasting. It gets you nice and clean, but is very gentle on the skin. I've always been sensitive to harsh, drying soaps, as well as overly oily ones, and this soap is neither; it really is a good soap.

Did not have any scent of pine. Will not buy again.

Small soap bar for the price. Maybe because its imported from Sweden.Either way, it doesnt smell like pine at all.

I give this soap top marks for excellence! I love the box it comes in, and the adorable soap itself if marked with a pine cone, and needles. It's a pale green, glycerine- like soap, but I've never had a glycerine soap last as long as this. It just keeps going! My favourite part is the scent. Not overwhelming, but a very pleasant Pine (not in anyway reminiscent of cleaning- product pine, thank goodness). This is going to be my go-to wintertime soap because the scent just says Christmas to me. Mind you, it would be lovely any time of the year!

Love the smell very much. Did not use the soap yet, as I like to collect soaps in the interesting packages and just put them in the drawer either in bed sheets, towels or underwear.

Bought several and used as stocking stuffers. They smelled so good I kept one for myself. It's a great soap...lathers well. I will order more when it's gone.
