Regina Brett, author of the New York Times bestselling God Never Blinks: 50 Lessons for Life's Little Detours offers inspiring stories about the decisions we make and how our choices can make the impossible possible. Want to live your dreams--or even surpass them? Want the world to change for the better? Want to see a miracle? What are we waiting for? Why not be the miracle? That's the challenge Regina Brett sets forth in Be the Miracle. To be a miracle doesn't necessarily mean tackling problems across the globe. It means making a difference, believing change is possible, even in your own living room, cubicle, neighborhood, or family. Through a collection of inspirational essays, Regina shares lessons that will help people make a difference in the world around them. The lessons come from Regina's life experience and from the lives of others, especially those she has met in her 24 years as a journalist. Each chapter is a lesson that can stand alone, but together they form a handbook for seeing the miracle of change everywhere. With upbeat lessons from "Do Your Best and Forget the Rest" to "Sometimes It's Enough to Make One Person Happy," these lessons will help you accept and embrace yourself, challenge and change yourself, and better serve others. Review: Treat yourself to an essay a day! - Love this book for giving you little ideas of how you could tweak your life to make it more satisfying and meaningful! I wouldnโt take it cover-to-cover in one sitting. Read an essay and give it time to percolate. Then try another. No rush, theyโre not dated, you wonโt need to beat yourself up if you miss a day! Review: A good read! - The book is a good read. It's inspirational and makes me smile.

Examples of how to love others
I thoroughly enjoyed the stories shared in Be The Miracle. Great examples of how to love others. You might be hearing of a problem because you are the solution. Love one another. I know I want to be more aware of when and how to be kind to others.

Be the Miracle: 50 Lessons for Making the Impossible Possible, by Regina Brett
What I've read, so far, is very good. These lessons, we have heard so many times before, she just presents them in a different light(at least this is how I feel)Her "rendition" is a good reminder & I'm satisfied that I purchased the book, on my Kindle, so I can refer to it, not only at home, but anywhere when I feel stressed. For me, it helps to smooth the waters & I feel I can be more caring about others than focusing on myself. What do you think?

Love reading Regina Brett books !
I loved reading Regina Brett when she was a columnist for the Akron Beacon Journal. I bought "Be The Miracle" after my husband bought me her first book, "God Never Blinks". These are the stories that give you Hope. These are the books that you read over and over and share with friends !! They are great easy reads !!! You'll love reading both of these books !! Enjoy !!!

Must Read
I was amazed that this book was so inspiring. Very well written and such meaningful life lessons. Not your ordinary "self help" book (I ordinarily don't read those). This is a book I will refer to very, very often to remind me of the lessons taught here. And a book that I will NOT be loaning out! Just telling friends and family they should read it. And I will certainly give copies as gifts to loved ones. READ THIS BOOK!

Life Lessons Learned by Common Sense Thinking
I loved this book couldn't put it down. Normally , I am not a reader, but this book tells about life lessons in simple little illustrations of unaware miracles. It's a delightful book I plan to get a copy for all my grandchildren...written by a lovely Christian woman.
